1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee of up to $50, especially for extended or specialised services.
- This helps us provide timely care to all patients.
2. Refunds for Services
- Fees for services that have already been provided (e.g., assessments, earwax removal, fittings) are non-refundable.
- If you are dissatisfied with a service, please speak to our team so we can resolve your concerns.
3. Hearing Aid Trial and Return Policy
We want you to feel confident with your hearing aid investment. Most hearing aids come with a 30-day trial period, during which:
- A partial refund may be issued if you choose not to keep the device.
- A non-refundable fitting and administration fee (typically $150–$300) may apply.
- Devices must be returned in good condition, including original accessories.
Custom earmoulds and specific accessories are non-refundable unless defective.
4. Faulty or Damaged Products
If a hearing aid or product is found to be faulty, we will:
- Offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- Faulty items must be reported within a reasonable time after purchase.
